Wheat beer (coriander, salt, lactic acid)
The Gose has its origin in a city called Goslar in Germany and is comparable to sour wheat beers like Witbier or Berliner Weisse. Traditionally brewed with lactic acid bacteria, coriander and salt, this beer is definitely not everybody´s taste - me included! It starts of very fresh, fruity and sour on the first sip and has a rich malty body. The smell doesn´t remind on beer at all. Hard to describe. It was the first time I´ve had that kind of beer and I heard a lot of people liking it but sorry, it´s not for me.
