East India Pale Ale, 6.9% vol.
Hops
Willamette, East Kent Golding, Target, Centennial
Malt
Pale Ale Malt, Caramel Malt
The Brookly Brewery East India Pale Ale is a perfect beer for newbies that want to try something beyond the usual brews that are found in the shelves of local supermarkets. It has a sublime fruity and floral smell with a soft herbal touch. Its bright shiny crystal clear orange color looks very inviting and refreshing. The fruity crisp taste reminds on orange and other citrus fruits and leaves a fine caramel aftertaste and a clean malty body. The bitterness stays softly in the back at first and kicks in very late but stays long. To me it felt like the final bitterness is reached after swallowing. Brooklyn Brewery East IPA - My recommendation for IPA beginners!
