Already when poring the IPA in the glass you notice a whiff of fruity and citric aromas. The color is golden yellow and a slightly blurred. The first sip provides the fully flavor of exotic fruits like mango, passion fruit and grapefruit followed by a strong but not intrusive hops flavor. Unlike most of the IPAs Ive tried so far, the mouthfeel of the Schönramer IPA is quite full-bodied with a slight sweetness. The complexity of this IPA leaves a strong hop finish and lets you taste the 8% Vol.
Overall a fruity full-bodied IPA with great potential.
