The Dolden Sud IPA so far is the best Indian Pale Ale I´ve tried. Just smelling all of the fruity, herbal, flowery notes is an experience already. The color is very shiny and appealing but since it's not filtered it is very blurry and full of sediment. The mix of 8 different kind of hops is very balanced and reminds on a tropical fruit punch with a strong herbal character. The bittnerness kicks is late but stays for just the right amount of time. If you like IPAs, I´m sure you will love this.
