The specialty about this beer is a 50% share of wheat malt. I expected some kind of sweetish refreshing beer but it is everthing else. The smell is floral and sourish and reminded me on some of my failed batches when I just started homebrewing. Colorwise it doesnt look very appealing to me. Dark, blurred and muddy. The texture feels gooey and like a sirup. The taste is hard to define. A touch of malt, a touch of sour fermented fruits. Although generally balanced it is far away from a good beer.
